Presentation of interview

In my interview with Dan Everitt he said he has a modernist style but did not limit himself to it, because of this i decide that i would use a modernist style to present the interview.

I decided to use vertical columns to put the text in as this was very commonly modernist in style.
I found that putting the questions in red really helped them to stand out on the page.

I then researched modernist style publications and came across this page design from a book.
I really liked the large G with the underline, i found that it was very modernist looking but also very sleek and clean. I then replicated this with the D from dan and placed his full name underneath.

I found that this very very appropriate to the tone the design and was very bold of a statement for the front cover.

After using the bold red on the front cover and questions i decided to add two horizontal red stripes as the top and bottom to continue the red from the front and back covers. I could not use red behind the bulk text as it would limit the legibility of the text.
